The Koweta Indian Health Facility is a vital part of the Muscogee Creek Nation's commitment to the wellness of its people. Located in the heart of Coweta, Oklahoma, we have been serving our community and the broader tribal population for over two decades.

Patient Information

Your visit, simplified

We've made it easy to get the care you need. Here's what you should know before your visit.

We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. We also offer a sliding fee scale based on family size and income for those without insurance. Please call us to verify your coverage.

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a list of current medications, and any referral documents if required by your insurance plan. For new patients, arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration forms.

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Emergency services are available by arrangement. Call ahead for urgent needs.

Services are available to enrolled members of the Muscogee Creek Nation and their dependents. We also serve qualifying community members. Contact our admissions office to determine eligibility and enroll.
